Dining at Molokini Bar & Grille

The Molokini Bar & Grille offers us a premier dining experience offering inspired island cuisine at an unmatched value. Under the direction of their Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine, the menu takes a non-traditional approach to American comfort food, infusing fresh local ingredients, combining elements of Hawaii regional cuisine and presenting new taste profiles that will both surprise and satisfy us. Everything on the menu is made in-house from the restaurant kitchen to assure the finest quality. We will choose from the popular Cilantro and Macadamia Nut Crusted MahiMahi or the famed Crispy Molokai Potato Wrapped Lobster Salad. Featuring nightly live entertainment, we will take advantage of the restaurant’s happy hour special, nightly special menus like Lobster Fest on Tuesdays and Thursdays or its array of weekend buffets and the famed Makena Sunday Brunch.

The Pool Snack Bar & Grill is just the place for barefoot and bikini-clad picnics by the pool or late afternoon cocktails and snacks in one of the shaded poolside cabanas. Featuring a new outdoor kitchen outfitted with a kiawe wood burning outdoor pizza oven perfect for fresh made pizzas, a rotisserie for juicy and savory chicken and a flat-top grill for freshly grilled burgers. The menu incorporates fresh island ingredients with touches of Latin flavor to match the bright festive colors of this poolside restaurant.
